We booked a large taxi at short notice. Booking was easy and quick. We communicated from an airport abroad via WhatsApp. We sent a picture of our suitcases and were recommended what size of the taxi would be appropriate and what price it would be. They promptly sent a payment link and provided the details of the driver. Saj, the driver, got in touch and told us where exactly he would pick us up. He was very nice and polite and helpful. He drove well and safely. All in all we are very satisfied with the service and won't hesitate to use Luton Airport Taxi again.

Called them by chance to get a taxi for a colleague. Rainy Friday night nothing anywhere, this was the only company that helped. Reasonable price as well. Highly recommend

A great service. Our flight was delayed nearly 24 hours with lots of uncertainty. I notified the company straight away via email, I was then contacted direct by the driver who kept in touch & monitored our flight. Within 3 minutes of arriving at the express taxi pickup point, our taxi arrived. Our driver was friendly & efficient. Very happy with this service.

Great service by our driver Muzaffar (driver 313). Arrived promptly, felt very safe on our drive to the airport especially as they provided a high back booster for our son aged 5. Will definitely use again.

We had a marvellous service from this company. We had had a disastrous delayed flight home from Egypt and were rerouted to Milan. I called London Luton Taxi Service from the runway in Milan around midnight and they promptly reassured me they could get us home, a driver would be waiting and tracking our flight as we were unsure of arrival time. They provided a competitive quote, and arranged payment and details of collection. The collection was slick and homeward bound journey was in a smart, clean and comfortable car. Top rate service. Highly recommend this company.

I booked an airport pick up from Luton for my parents, taking them into central London. Their driver Asif, could not have been more helpful or accommodating, messaging me the day before to confirm the booking and provide detailed instructions. Knowing I was anxious that my elderly parents would make it to their destination smoothly, he kept me fully informed, messaging me again to confirm their safe arrival and they commented on how pleasant their journey has been with Asif. Thank you so much Asif for such a great and caring service!

Asif was incredibly punctual, arriving well before my allotted time slot due to him tracking my early flight. He was also helpful in guiding me to the pickup spot and was very easy to talk to for the duration of the journey. He even turned around after I accidentally left a bag in his boot and was back within 10 minutes without complaint. Very good overall experience and I would book a taxi from here again.

Had the best experience! Our cabdriver from cab nummer 163 was very kind and he even helped us get our backpack back that we lost on a bus. We needed to get to a depot and was happy to help us there also. Arranged to pick us up from our hotel to get back to Luton airport at the end of our trip. I really recommend cab 163, a good and fair price and a lovely cabdriver.

I can't speak highly enough of this company, as a first time user of them from the help given when booking online and to contacting them to adjust some details they were helpful throughout and then on the transfers to and from Luton airport they were great and on time.

Super professional from start to finish. We booked a return trip from Milton Keynes to Luton departing at 4am the driver was here ten minutes early notifying me by text. I've been using Luton Airport Taxis for over 5 years now. I've always found them to be very reliable, the drivers are very friendly and the communication is excellent. I highly recommend for anyone in the Bedfordshire area and needs a one off or more regular service to Luton Airport.

Brilliant service, friendly, helpful and courteous driver for our journey on 20th Jan between the airport and Warner Bros Studios, and then return to our hotel.

Great service. Picked us up from luton airport. Since the fire we have to walk to mid stay car park which is a struggle. The driver was very helpful to guide us over the phone where to come to find him he was very polite and waited a long time for us patiently.

The driver called Mo, who took us home was on the ball. He kept track of our flight landing. He predicted how long it would take to get through baggage claim and transfer to medium stay. The journey home was very relaxing and he discussed possible routes. He also happens to be a very intelligent man who was interesting in conversation. We would definately recommend this company.

Highly recommended. We had a nightmare journey into LTN - flight delayed landing, delayed getting off the plane due to lack of stairs (!) and then well over an hour to get through immigration. LAT kept in touch throughout, and when our initial driver had to leave they organised a second driver who thankfully got us home v quickly.

This company is amazing. I stupidly booked the taxi for the wrong day, turned up at the airport and realised hadn't got a text confirmation as they had said I'd get, so I called them, slightly stroppy. The guy very kindly let me know my mistake, then said he was going to try to get me a taxi to arrive shortly. I thought that would take ages but literally 5 mins later the driver called me, then 5 mins later taxi was there. Driver himself was an absolute pleasure too so I gave him a tip 🙂 highly recommend them, will use again.

Picked up by Rubel who was great. Comms good, right there when we were at pickup zone, no messing about as we needed multiple drop offs. Fair price. Good, reliable, local company. Ignore sponsored ad shysters who come up first in a search and use these guys.

Our driver was friendly, and knew the fastest route to get us to our destination in Central London from Luton airport. Booking and payment in advance was helpful. Our driver was patient in explaining to us how to get to the taxi pick up location also, which is a 5 min walk from arrivals.

Absolutely brilliant service. So easy to book online. The driver text us a few hours before our pickup. Our flight ended up being delayed which was no bother, the driver was with us as soon as I contacted him. The driver was so helpful and a really safe driver. I will definitely use this company again.

During a brief holiday in London, we used the taxi service in both directions (from Luton Airport to our place of stay in London, and back). The experience was very positive. Drivers were reliable and easy to communicate/coordinate with (they contacted us before the pickup time to confirm/iron out details). Trip was smooth. And the price felt reasonable, given that it eliminated any headaches to do with public transportation.

The airport is well structured and organized. There are a lot of duty-free stores and also restaurants. Don't forget to make online check in. Arriving 3 hours or more to LTN airport is important, because the gates are very far from the check in and the security check.

My flight was very delayed and I didn't get in to Luton Airport until after 1am. My driver was there, friendly and polite. Return journey the driver was prompt and a very smooth journey back to the airport. I emailed customer service a couple of times with slight changes to my booking - they were prompt in responding too.

London Luton Airport Taxis were fantastic at getting me home after a 2hr delayed flight. I booked them the morning of my flight. As soon as I found out I had a delay I whatsapped them from my location. They assured me they would monitor the flight.
Within 5 mins of landing I'd received a text giving me the details of the car (make and reg) and a phone number to call when I was leaving the building. I called the number and was told which lane to meet him in the pick up/drop zone and we reached there at exactly the same time. Very smooth process and exactly what I needed after a delayed flight. Would recommend!

I messed up and booked the taxi for the day after our arrival. The driver was so kind and picked us up anyway with a minimal delay. I dont usually fly from Luton as its so far away but this company has made me reconsider. I would highly recommend.
